Hi Ive just joined the forum and wanted a bit of advice. I have constant trouble regulating my breathing, it just doesnt feel right. I forget about it when I'm busy but when i'm realxing, watching TV, trying to get to sleep its all I can think about. This has been going on for about 3 weeks and its really wearing me out. Anyone else have/had this.
Thanks jen

Hi jdoody!I have this all the time and it drives me mad ,your so not alone. Its been like this since december. Its just anxiety according to my doc.I get breathless all of the time as well.
Please dont fear this as it makes it worse, just try to tell yourself its anxiety. If your still worried go to your doc and get him to do afew tests.xxxxx

Ow you poor thing!Im having anot good day,i went into one over something somebody brought up about my passed that there not ment to no about it.So in have just been panicky since then and yes my breathings gone worse than ever.
I think that maybe when you go to the counselling it makes you think about maybe something in the poast that disurbs you, maybe? And that would make you more anxious and cause breathing probs to increase.Im hoping hun that it will go as quick as it came.Im here to chat if you need mexx
