pain all over

i have pain all over my body, help me , chest,back, neck etc.....

Hello. I have Fibromyalgia and suffer from an awful lot of pain. What sort of pain is it and have you had it before? Try to stay calm because anxiety makes it worse.

Bidy aches can come from many sources,weather change,a litlle cold setting in on you or sometimes you have done some lifting or exerted somehow and forgot you did. I get these pains all over alot but I have just learned this happens as you get older.There are many many innocent reasons for what you are having so try to stay positive and take a pain reliever and try to relax.Hope you feel better soon!!

pain in my arms, chest especially, back and neck pain also in my legs and head. its like being tortured, i am fidning it hard to use my hands to do anything especially distract myself. i feel like im dying and noone from the nhs cares a tupence nor does my partner or family.
