Hello again friends !:) I have some new issues after a few years of good health and thought it would be a great idea to pop round and speak to you .

can I say to any newcomers that this is a brilliant site with wonderful people and great advice .

I would strongly advise you as newcomers to always read the symptoms over on the left hand side before anything as you just might see something and say " wait a minute , that's me " .
