Feel lke Im going through hell at the minute, this started off with bout of flu and seems never ending, developed a health anxiety and monophobia and am now suffering depersonalization!!!!!!
Did have a bout of this 31 years ago when pregnant with my daughter, had small set backs in the past but nothing like this.
Have now been off work since February really want to go back but am so scared that I will fail.
I get sweaty scared jelly legs whizy head and dont seem able to function, am seeing a councellor but need reassurance that all this will eventually go away
