Bloated = major panic!!

Hi i am really starting to worry about my stomach, whilst giving myself a girly night in i stupidly ate a tub of icecream to myself and now i have a watery bloated feeling in my stomach. im still extremely hungry so have just eaten a cheese sandwich but am now panicing big time! please help! what do i do?? :(

I'm sure if I ate a whole tub of ice cream I be feeling bloated! And don't be surprised if it watery....it's ice cream after all.

Also it's not very filling so no wonder you felt hungry afterwards.

I wouldn't worry about...you've just over indulge! Nice going down though!:D
