Anxiety Workshop

I'm thinking of running an anxiety workshop one Saturday towards the end of October .

Maximum 8 delegates in the Nottingham area.
£ 25.00. 09:30 - 16:00

Topics to be covered include:

Anxiety/panic - History, causes and symptoms
Disarming your panic attacks
Think about your thoughts.
Relaxation
Family/friends slot.

This may too ambitious an agenda for the day so may I send out pre course work .;)

I'm aware some people would want to bring a family member for company on the journey. There are plenty of attractions nearby for them to go and spend the day at. [:o)]

great idea could you do one in the bedfordshire area as going all the way to nottingham could be a problem for many people or do they have them all round britain.

Hi Bish,

They can be done anywhere at all providing there are enough people and a venue.
Perhaps if people are interested they could just put name and location and we can see if there is somewhere that emerges as being ideal.

well that makes two people,is any one else intrested,is it a all day course?,a lot of people dont work do you do a discount for students and unemployed ?.(from a poor student).
