hi guys ,
i have suffered extreme anxiety and agaraphobia for nearly 15 years and rarely leave my home ,but now with this new employment support allowance coming into force i am worried if i needd an assesment how wouldi make it to the medicle center and if i am taken off it how would i be able to make a trip into town to sign on;( this government seem determined to remove everybody off incapacity benifit and i am scared maki9ng my condition worse;( and advice or comments please anyone had the assesment?please help,

you can ask for a home visit but your doctor has to ask them for it
