hi everyone im new to this site and have been reading all these amazing stories and now realise i have severe anxiety and not dying of cancer

Hi there & welcome to NMP. No you're not dying of cancer, so many of us have visions in our mind that we are dying of something terrible. Anxiety & panic seems like a curse & you never know when it will end. Have a good roam around the site & you will be surprised how many people think exactly like you. Don't worry too much. We all support each other & the site seems to run 24 hours a day.

god you are all wonderful and kind it makes my day to know theres lots of anxiety sufferers out there and i im not the only 1 with all these bloody crap symptoms running through my body 24 hours a day thanks all
