I've got TMJ and it's no laughing matter. People shouldn't just diagnose themselves though as most of those symptoms can be caused by anxiety and a whole host of other things!

Yes they can be diagnosed from aniety and I have Tmj and anxiety and from what I read here in this link,it seems a lot of things blamed on anxiety is here in the link.
