Hiya
Ive been of work now for 12 weeks, i was diagnosed with Labyrinthitis, which was making me really dizzy and sick, this has now left me, which is great, but im now suffering with stress/panic, im constantly shaky inside, feeling sick, panic when i go to do normal things like, shopping, work etc, i just feel like im not in control of myself.
When i found this forum i was over the moon, hopefully get some support, and maybe stop myself from thinking im going of my head.
My doctor has prescribed me Citalopram (20mg) which i have started taking today, but i feel like all my symtoms have heightened,as well as feeling rather speced out and tired. is this normal? and how long can i expect this to last?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :shrug:
