My name is Jessica and my husband and I have recently begun our journey into healing from depression. My husband has depression and is currently taking citalopram and trazadone for it, while I am taking sertraline and ambien. We're both currently seeing therapists.
I've made MAJOR progress with my depression and anxiety (though I mostly overcame my anxiety before the pills - as well as my OCD). And my dosage was raised yesterday because while my ups are normal, my downs are VERY down still.
We both deal with insomnia that comes as a side effect of the drugs and are dealing with that. I've been lurking on the forums for a while really, but had a question to post on one of the subforums so I thought I'd at least say hello.
