hi im new to the site have panic attacks just in the firststages of agraphobia bit down tryin to get sorted but am impatient ! i live alone and i havent told anyone about this ? i cant, have just started medication , am doin bit of readin up n stuff changin my diet so lets hope eh ???

Welcome aboard Lou,

Try and tackle the agoraphobia before it gets too entrenched. Maybe CBT will help - certainly worth persuing.

I too suffer with mild agoraphobia & find muself getting quite impatient with it as well at times but we will get there.
