Can't get on chat?

Everytime I try to get on chat it says I need to download Java, which I already have, and I have tried uninstalling it, and then installing it again but I get no joy. Then it says to download Active X but it then pops up with a window saying that chat is blocked in my add ons. I have been into the add ons and cannot see what I need to enable, everything seems to be ok in there.

ANy ideas? I used to use chat fine, it suddenly just won't let me.

The window that pops up says 'Windows has blocked this software as it cannot veryify the publisher'??

Hmm you must have changed a setting if it used to be ok and isn't now.

Normally when you get the message about not verifying the publisher you can still click on ok and continue.
