ive read up alot on panic attacks since i began suffering from them everything i seem to read people having then a few times a week ?? at my worst i can have upto 10 a day ??? anyone else or is it just me ????

oh no not just yuo im afraid. we can all have many through out the day

Everyone is different so some people get them all the time and others just a few times a week. There never seems to be a set pattern I am afraid to say.

Are you getting any help for them ?

when i first started getting panic attacks, they wouldnt end at all through the day and night, i woke feeling affraid and i went to sleep feeling affraid, now after three years i can finally say i rarely get panic attacks now, although i still get the feeling of panic it doesnt turn into a full blown attack. suffering from panic attacks has made me feel affraid to go outside alone, so its still having an effect on my life, but i do have a much better quality of life now.
