I've been suffering with panic attacks for over 21 years now and I've had enough so I've decided to pay for private therapy a specialist vcdt therapist who has been trained by celeb life coaches nik and Eva speak man.it costs £125 per hour and they only work on results I will keep you all posted on Tuesday and let you know how it went,

Thanks lvslolo I can't wait ! Keep ya chin up and hopefully if this does help start raiding the piggy bank. if only there was more help out there because every doctor I've seen are useless that's why I've gone private with a 3 hour session. will post on Tuesday night with results all the best

Thanks :) yea ive got 3 dr's and all of them are compeltely useless i swear u hurt ur foot n they say u have a cold thats how pathetic they are...anyways i hope it works out for you good luck.

Had vcdt today on a 3 hour session and at the moment I seen more positive and focused. As my life line for comfort was mints and airwaves which I threw out of car after the treatment and drove over60 miles without them with no panic what so ever I'm planning a trip tomorrow to ikea and the thought would give me panic attacks but strangely I fill nothing no anxiety I will have a better understanding in a few days of doing things but I fill quite NORMAL for a change
