Hi, I'm new :)
I'm suffering from panic/anxiety/agoraphobia all day every day at present.
Tried citalopram which didn't agree with me at all so now on propranolol twice a day...supposed to be 40mg each time but I'm a bit nervous about it so taking 20mg at the moment (been 10 days now).
Had my first session of CBT this week...having that privately as the nhs list was 4 months.
