Ready to give up and go back on Cit

Morning,

Coming of Citalopram seems like such a wrong decision does anyone have advise on how to get through the withdrawl effects when coming of Citalopram?

I am so scared because the whole crazy thought process has come back, i keep thinking are my symptoms because of the Citalopram or am i ill which is starting the anxiety cycle!

I am thinking of taking the easy way out and going back on them :weep:

Its the head symptoms thats the worse Dizzyness and vision problems its horrible!

Any advise on how long these are expected to last?

Did you taper the dose slowly or did you stop taking them cold turkey? I believe it is normal to feel worse when you stop taking them for a couple of weeks and it's just your body adjusting to the changes and ISN'T your old problem returning. I haven't taken Citalopram myself so I can't tell you how to cope with the side-effects, but I'm sure someone will be along shortly who can. Hang in there. :flowers:
