Hello everyone. Your pages and posts have helped me many times. Usually I feel so much better after reading. This time though feel compelled to join as i have been having lots of panic attacks in the past few days. I suffer from GAD (undiagnosed, but I know it) and am now starting to get severe HA. Am 36 with two girls, aged 11 and 5 who are my world. I am married and my husband is v supportive and caring. I work (takes my mind off things) its when I am at home I worry.
