Hello everyone

I'm new to the group but not to panic! I'm 6 weeks out of seroxat use and getting used to life with possibility of panic in my life. I'm absolutely detemined to manage a life with panic without medication which made me fat and sexless!!

Panic is returning but I'm trying to use as many distractions as I can muster, exercise and decent diet, no alchohol or coffee. Relaxation is difficult and because I'm desperate for a quick fix I'm going to need reassuring that it will take time.

I find it amazing that my body awareness is so focussed when I am drug free and every twitch and strange sensation is immediately translated into possible death - it feels like my thinking brain is switched off and my reality changes to my suspected "final moments". Convincing myself I have nothing fatal is REEEAAALLLY hard!

Thanks for existing.
