your struggling to breathe? for instance over the weekend I visited the cinema to watch a film with some friends, have to add my anxiety kicked in beforehand, having sat eating popcorn at the start of the movie, I started to feel as if I was overbreathing and even felt like for a few moments I was struggling to breathe, thankfully the feeling disappeared after taking some deep breaths, the strange thing was in reality there was no real threat there at all just that Im not used to going out that much. Wonder if a bit of panic was trying to set in?
