hi, i have noticed the last couple of days that the tips of my fingers on both hands-tho mainly the right-have been tingly, as if ive layed on them or something. when i mentioned this to a friend they said it could be a sign that a heart attack on its way, or bad circulation.
im now getting myself a little worked up (literally waiting for a heart attack) and i wont even look on the internet in case it says my worst fears.
has anyone else had this?

Hi Sassy

Tingling can affect all parts of the body and be associated with hyperventilation. I am sure your friend didn't mean to scare you but it is extremely unlikely to be a heart attack or poor circulation.

Do you get tingling when using the computer a lot because that can sometimes aggravate the problem? Does it happen during the day or mainly at night?

thanks for the links, they help. i get them mainly in the morning..i notice them a couple of hours after ive woken up. its not bad...very subtle tingly sensation and very slight numbness. my fingers have a tendancy to swell..perhaps this could be a cause? i also dont feel anxious today..if anything quite the oposite, so id be suprised if it was due to hyperventilating.
