Hey, there's a place just for Sertraline discussions in the Medication section :)
Just incase you need any further help, it was the best place for me to go when I had questions about Sertraline.
I'm sure it's into your system within a few hours and can take a few weeks to work fully.

Hi Toni,

I take Sertraline too. It usually takes 2-4 weeks to start working properly. Last time I went on it it took me about 5 weeks to start feeling a big improvement. It's worked really well for me and I don't tend to get a lot of side effects after the first 2 weeks or so. I hope you get on ok with it. Let us know how it goes.
