hi bazza,I suffer too although i can go out i do not go on holidays,and i visit relations rarely has they live 3hr drive away.im okay for shorter travell but still find it hard.do you manage to get out at all? if im having a good day then its alot easier,I know in my mind that its not the places that make me panic but my thoughts ect. but i try to go out most days if only very local. its so easy to end up totaly housebound,and that would be awfull to eh Holly:)
