hi everyone, i've been having panic attack for 20 years i'm, currently on medication and seeing a councellor. but the last few times i've had a panic attack i've experienced this weird feeling like a cold rush runs through my body and feels like pins and needs after thats happend, has anyone else experienced this??? also this morning my tongue felt all tingly. i'm worried that it might not be anything to do with anxiety please help.:scared15:
