vibration sensation all over body

I have woken up twice now to my whole body vibrating/tingling. When i get up it seems to go, but has come back during the day. Any ideas?

Exact same thing has started happening to me over the last month. I don't think it's my meds cos it never happened when I first started them five months ago so I just put it down to anxiety. :shrug: Horrible though isn't it?
