can't get into chat

i would really love to be able to use the chat room but it never seems to work for me, i have downloaded java and re-started my computer but no luck. any ideas's?

Under your 'tools' tab at the top of your browser, go into options, then content, and make sure you have the enable java script checked.
Do you get an error message or anything when you try to access chat?

hiya i got my brother to help as he is an IT technician, i just updated my browser and the chat worked ok x
