Hello all :D

Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Hayley, I'm 24 years old and have been struggling with anxiety for about a year and a half now but it's become more severe in the last 6 months or so.

Hopefully I can find out a few things here to help me understand more about my anxiety, and maybe help a few people out too.
