Feeling down :-(

I'm feeling really down lately, things seem to be getting to me, my excema has all flared up, I've mouth ulcers. Works getting to me, the pressure is hard to cope with. My parents not getting on. I just feel very low X

Hi Hayley, Sorry you are feeling so low, after you have been doing so well, i'm sure this is just a blip, which we have spoken about before, and i'm sure your parents will work things out, work is getting to you too, that's tough, maybe you should try some relaxation cd's, and try not to focus on your parents, but yourself, you know i'm always here for you love xxx loads of hugs take care :hugs: :hugs:
