dizzyness?

hi, since sunday ive had a weird dizzy feeling in my head that comes and goes throughout the day, i have a blocked nose also and a tiny bit of a sore throat and the ocassional slight headache i have been very panicked lately but i feel even more panicky when i go dizzy what is causing this?

Sinus or ear infection maybe????

i was thinking that too but im terrified its a tumor as the dizziness just randomly happened on sunday

sounds like sinus or could be bit of fluid in the tube in ear. I get this when i have a blocked nose etc
