Hi all,
I used to be a frequent visitor to this site a few years back as I had severe generalised anxiety, was unable to work for a year and suffered debilitating panic attacks. The good news is I was completely cured with the help of CBT and meds.
In the past year I have moved (with my daughter) nearly 200 miles away from my family to live with my fiance and in February I gave birth to a baby boy, who is beautiful but hard work. The pregnancy was pretty horrible and since having my son the anxiety has come back slowly, but is getting steadily worse. I am about to start on Citalopram again, so thought I'd come back here for support.
