I am a really poor sleeper, some nights only getting a couple hours solid sleep and then cat napping, I try to not be too active before bed and dont get up even if i wake up, found this helps as once up you start thinking aobut all sorts, everybody is different so what works for one prob wont for another, hope you find Nics links useful.xx

I dont sleep great, havet done for a while. At frist it was my little girl waking me up and now i just keep having strange dreams since taking my meds.So i dont ever get into a deep sleep.I do beleive this makes our anxiety ten times worse.

Hi Zoss

At what time of the day do you take the medication?

Some help sleep while others seem to cause insomnia. It might be worth discussing this with your doctor and trying taking it at a different time of the day.
