my hip hurts

Hi everyone. Just as it says my hip hurts and obviously i think im going to have to go to hospital or it going to fall off. Ive had it before if i sit funny it feels like it locks and feels like it popped or summit. Well tonight i had my leg up and across my other leg and it really hurts now and when i move my leg up while laying down i can feel like griding in my joint now it aches. Wot is it ?

Sounds like a bit of a creaky joint to me. If I remember rightly, our joints have a membrane surrounding them, and this can sometimes get a bit stiff or sticky, which would cuase pain or discomfort. It could also be a muscle or a tendon that's a bit sore.
