just want to say Hi to everyone I'm a newcomer to this site

I did suffer from Health Anxiety but have now climbed the ladder to General Anxiety and I'm fed up with the whole thing. I want this to stop so that I can get my life back if I can remember what it was like not to be in this state! Any advice would be most welcome.
