Glad I found this site!
Always had some issues.... paranoia, trust, OCD but I've always been able to live with it.
Going through a terrible period now of....??? Anxiety, depression (I seem to move between those two every few hours), short episodes of panic, issues with adjusting to new things in my life. A particular event has also meant all the paranoia and trust issues have resurfaced and I have recently been at the point of self harming.
Been seeing my GP the last few months and we're seeing how meds and my first MH appointment goes next week.
