3 days ago I noticed a tender lump on right side of my neck with a very dull sore throat on the right side of throat after having sex w my girlfriend of 6 months. The lump is still there as well as the dull sore throat. Is it possible I may have early stages of mono? I have no other symptoms yet. Or what else could this possibly be?? Please help.
