Double Wammy Today

Hiya All

This morning mum took me out to have a browse round the shops for any little bits & peices for the wedding. Was fine in the car & when we got out managed very well to get along the busy high street & before the journey back we stopped off for lunch in a busy restuarant & i even managed to (for the first time in ages) go & buy us two coffee's after lunch with no one stood next to me.

When i got back home a neighbour called round & we ended up taking our dogs to a different park than usual & i managed again & ended up sitting down in a small cafe & having yet another coffee with no panics
