Ear Tingling

This is quite a strange one but a few months ago I became aware of a tingling on the top of my ear (outside not in) - it was always when I was on the computer. When I moved away formt eh pc it seemed to instantly stop. I have paranoia about mobiles and p.c's and try to limit my usage but I am wondering if this is a psycosymatic feeling or something to worry about. I have started to get it away from the pc now. Has anyone else had this? I am desperately trying not to google it!

I can get the top of my ear tingling when I lay on that side in bed at night - as soon as I move it goes. As I have neck problems I assumed that it was whenever I get into a certain position that a nerve gets irritated hence the tingling. The nerves in your neck go up as well as down and you can get all sorts of scalp face and ear symptoms from your neck.
