Headaches - Please help

I have been getting on and off headaches now for a while, they mostly occur behind one of my eyes causing my eye to weep. It travels from my eye to all around my temple and behind my ears. These really worry me, i often experience a second of pain then it goes, then i get it again, these have been getting worse lately.

I have also noticed that i have painful lumps on my head, not sure whether these are spots or not but its really worrying me. I feel like i have dents all over my head that hurt when i press them and are squashy, so i find myself constantly checking my head for anything that seems wrong. I am also very very forgetful at the moment which is really worrying me.

Please share your own experiences and help me with this, its really getting me down. thankyou

I get this especially the pain behind my eye and I put it all down to Anxiety. The tension in your neck and shoulder muscles can cause refered pain called Cervicogenic Headaches....
