scared and alone

I suffer from panic disorder, extra layers and health anxiety. It is worse when my husband is at work and I'm home alone. is there anyone here who knows this and what do to? I have no one to call or visit, so I've got to be here alone with my kids until he gets home. But the extra beats makes that I become very scared even though everyone says they are harmless
