Sleep album recommendation please

Hi, can anyone recommend an album I can download from itunes that will help me relax and fall asleep? I would really like something with a bit of hypnotherapy talking as well as sounds (I have the rainforest/beach sounds). I need something to make me switch my silly thoughts off and let me drift off.

Look on website for stuff from Paul McKenna!

I know, he is a cheesy chap on TV but the majority of his CDs has a "Trace" section on them and you can download for free I think.

The CDs are usually in 2 bits, the first bit is about the general thing you need to do, say, give-up smoking or reduce anxiety (Heh)

The second but is a meditation and u do nothing but listen.

I have used loads of times and I guarantee they will get u off to sleep.

You should be able to Google him.
