Hello all - I am a newbie who today was told by my (new and great) doctor that I am 'the whole package' - severe undermethylation - histamine levels off the scale, pyrroluria, high copper, chronic iron deficiency and have to give up wheat, eggs, and (here's the worst) milk!:mad: Apparently the casein in the milk converts to a type of morphine to which one can actually get addicted!:ohmy: Brain chemistry is crazy stuff! (pun intended). Anyhoo, just saying 'hi', looking for answers, dreaming about a nice glass of cold milk....cheers!
