pins & needles

Hi all.

Experiencing pins & needles all day in my hand. And a little in a my body ive noticed, but not too much.

Stress related?

I feel well otherwise.

are you stressed and breathing differently to normal? I had this abit back and my dr told me it was because I was breathing different to normal so taking in more oxygen that my body knew what to do with xxx

Nope. Fine. Had them since i woke up.

Have been under stress lately.

I find stress can bring them on, especially if you suffer from anxiety. x
