I'm 35 and from South East London.
Er, I don't have any diagnosis so not sure what my "label" would be.
Talking about my anxiety/depression is actually a lot harder than I thought. I keep a journal so waffling on isn't usually a problem!
Anyway, thought I 'd best say hi and thank you for providing such a great resource.
Today I really needed to feel hopeful again so thank you.
