Boredom?

Does anyone else feel this...

I can be out in town on a night, drinking with my friends, when something could set me off, for example, either i lose my friends in a club, or a gil turns me down, and in an instant i will become bored and agitated, and wish to return home, and no one will stop me doing this, even if it ruins everyone elses night... This sudden boredem has ruined several nights, and i wonder if anyone else gets similar feelings?

Yes boredom can be a contributory factor as you have time to focus all your thoughts on panic and anxiety. I find if I'm really engrossed in things and am not focussing on my symptoms they are much better or even non-existant.
