paranoia

hi ive always been a little paranoid but aturn in events as made me worse.

if you never read my posts lol im petrified of dying and juts latley everyone asks if im ok etc and i no this sounds strange but why?

my neighbour asked me and it was out of character then other people,
its like im scared everyone knows something about me i dont??

Hunni which would you prefer? That no one asked you how you are or that we keep asking how you are?

You know you are being paranoid about it - which is good - and people don't all know something about you that you don't!! (Hey, if they did, they would probably not ask you how you were!)

I get it - because I have really bad health anxiety and fear of dying and sometimes think that the doctors have told my family that there is nothing they can do for me and that is why they keep putting my symptoms down to anxiety - so Scared I DO completely get it.

You will be fine hunni. All will be well and we will conquer this illness :hugs:

Hi scared - I think I was saying "yes" when you suffer health anxiety that being paranoid about the state of your health is normal.
