Pain in right side of back

Hi does anybody get pain in their back just under ribs and slightly above, i am worrying there is something wrong as usual suffering with HA, but last time i went to doctors he said it was just a muscular strain and nothing to worrry about, i am on my period and suffer with IBS so not sure if all connected or not or just anxiety, advice would be appreciated.

I once had a pain like this till I discovered my handbag was too heavy!

my handbag is one i hold so can't be that or could be as hold in right hand

Feeling like a dull nagging pain, sometimes sharp sometimes like a burning.. I'm on mebeverine and lansoprazole for it, xx
