hi i need comfort

i have been having panic attacks since i was 11 but now i have them again for two weeks and they are intense i find it hard to leave the house or do anything i think that outside is a terrible place. My thoughts have been trying to run my life and im working on breaking through it. i have constant panic attacks in the mornings and i end up throwing up because it gets so bad i dont know why in the morning maybe because im afraid to start the day. i want to be a positive person and learn as much as possible to get out of this negativity. My birthday is tomorrow so i am hoping for some relief then. im very friendly and easy to talk to. :bighug1:

Good afternoon and a very happy birthday I hope that it is the first birthday of many that will be free from this terrible disease, it is a disease and it can be cured no matter what your head is telling you.
There are lots of ways to get your life back but the first one is to see your GP and get him to confirm the diagnosis and then you can start looking at the different routes you can take to get you back on track, I hope you have had a lovely day and that you feel a little better, its not easy but it is so doable xx
