My name is Nicola and I have suffered with anxiety and depression for about 1 1/2 years now. I was diagnosed in Dec 2009 and didn't work until Sept 2010, now I have just started a new job and everything has flooded back for me and I don't know why I just know the job isn't right. I need some help and support from people who genuinely understand how anxiety feels.
