hi guys, 29yo male here. i think its great that theres a place like this where you can come and talk openly about panic/anxiety without people thinking you're talking nonsense or making up the symptoms that go along with panic/anxiety. i've had a few panic attacks in the last 4 years which in turn has probably made me the anxious person i am today. im greatful for a site like this were so many people have had in some way had a similar experience as myself. i know they say you shouldn't take comfort in other people's suffering or misery, but i think in this case it can be forgiven.
