Hi like the title says im agitated most of the day the only thing that calms me down is playing PS3 or excercising,,, i was at a very intrusting lecture & discussion tonight,...but i couldnt stop fidgeting,,& i felt like i had nervous tics coming on..i actually made a few facial tics so got up and left..that was a rare night for me ruined...im in bed sick just want to get sleep now ...this has been going on for 8 years now & its getting out of hand ... i stopped drinkin 2 years ago & i hoped then i could work an my anxiety but its just as bad as it used to be & doctors dont seem to give a damn!!
